STRIPE ONLINE RETURN POLICY


Stripe accepts returns and exchanges that are sent back to Stripe within 14 days of the postmarked date on your package for credit, exchange, or refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@stripedesigngroup.com with your invoice number (found on your receipt), a list of items you would like to return or exchange, and a reason for return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Stripe.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank account.


*All sale items are Final Sale and not returnable/exchangeable.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in original, resalable condition with tags.
  • Items bought online and returned by mail will be eligible for refund.
  • All items returned at Stripe’s brick and mortar location are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • We do not accept returns on altered, hemmed, washed or set aflame.
  • All return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • We do not accept returns on anything sold as part of a discount or sale.
  • Any items lost or damaged in transit are your responsibility
  • Returns for refund must be approved by Stripe

EXCHANGES

  • Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you would like to exchange an item so we can hold the replacement for you.
  • All exchange shipping costs are your responsibility.

POLICIES


SHIPPING

Stripe ships internationally using USPS, shipping charges depend on weight.

We do not ship to multiple addresses per order.  Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

If you receive a damaged item you must contact Stripe within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will contact the carrier. Stripe is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at info@stripedesigngroup.com. There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock, and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your requests.


SALES TAX

Stripe is required to charge California sales tax on all orders.


CREDIT CARDS

Stripe offers secure online ordering via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
