Perfectly refreshing for the long Summer days ahead and sure to be a hit at your next BBQ, this cocktail is cool and fresh and inspired by the classic Italian "Aperol Spritz"

"The Strawberry Rhubarb Spritz"
by the folks at Mason Shaker
makes two drinks
2 Shots Aperol
1/2 Shot Lemon Juice
4 Strawberries (+2 for garnish)
2 Tablespoons Sliced Rhubarb
2 Stalks Rhubarb (for garnish)
Prosecco

Add the strawberries, sliced rhubarb, and lemon juice to (Mason) Shaker. 
Muddle the ingredients in the bottom of shaker until crushed.
Add the Aperol and the ice to above the level of liquid and shake for ten seconds .
Strain mixture into a tall glass or mason jar filled with ice and prosecco. Garnish with leftover strawberries and rhubarb stalks.
