ONLINE - CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS POLICY

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Stripe is happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to Stripe within 10 days of the postmarked date on your package for credit or exchange, we do not offer refunds . To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to leda@stripedesigngroup.com with your invoice number (found on your receipt), a list of items you would like to return or exchange, and a reason for return or exhange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Stripe.

 

Upon receipt of a return authorization email from Stripe, pack the merchandise (unwashed, unworn, with original tags, with receipt, and free of any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new) and send the return merchandise to: Stripe, Attn: Customer Returns, 107 Walnut Ave. Santa Cruz, CA 95060. All "SALE" merchandise is final and non returnable.

 

All items bought online and returned at Stripe’s brick and mortar location are eligible for store credit or exchange only. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and packages must be insured. Stripe will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t acceptable.

SHIPPING

 

Stripe ships internationally using USPS, shipping charges depend on weight.

 

We do not ship to multiple addresses per order.  Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

 

If you receive a damaged item you must contact Stripe within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will contact the carrier. Stripe is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

 

If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at leda@stripedesigngroup.com . There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock, and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your requests.

 

SALES TAX

 

Stripe is required to charge California sales tax on all orders. 

 

CREDIT CARDS

 

Stripe offers secure online ordering via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
