Celia received her MFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute in May of 2012. She will be showing two bodies of work at Stripe, one from Ladakh, India and another called “At the Waters Edge”. Her current work examines the balance between the natural and man-made worlds at the water’s edge. She is interested in pursuing a career as an artist and professor of photography. Her photographs have been exhibited at the Marin Museum of Contemporary Art, San Francisco Art Institute, Cabrillo College, and the San Diego Art Institute. Her images have also been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle. She lives and works in Santa Cruz, CA.
