Fall 2011 Back Wall

As you all know by know, we are constantly changing the backdrop of Stripe. As seasons change, so do all of our displays. For this fall we chose a lovely light gray wall with old rusty red encyclopedias flying and fluttering across it.  Doesn’t it make you just want to curl up in front of the fire and read a good book?

Summer Wall

Summer is officially here at Stripe and we’re feeling the heat! A hot pink wall adorned with vintage plates gives an energetic pop of color to carry us into our favorite season! Antique plates with delicately painted flowers, mid century patterns, and bright colors were collected to offset the matte pink. We’re so excited to share our Summer inspiration with everyone, come in and see the gorgeous burst of color!

We love how our the white antlers look against the bright pink!

The antique green chair is a perfect accent.

Stripe Back Wall Spring 2011

For Spring our back wall has been painted white and covered in neon hand dipped paint brushes. Inspired by the barren canvas that winter leaves for Spring to decorate it with bursts of colors. The color palette of lime green, bright coral, turqoise and silver was found in a set of vintage plastic cutlery, also displayed on the wall. Come down to Stripe to see the new colorful Spring installation before it changes again!

Stripe Showroom December

For the winter months and the holiday season we have gone gold! We chose a simple white, gold and green color palette for our back wall, windows, and accessories. We wanted natural yet glamorous ; something that would not overpower the fun gifts and spirit of the season. We chose a darker gold leaf, a color that may be found on a vintage jewelry box or an old chandelier. White snowflakes and piles of presents fill the windows, along with a gorgeous vintage bird cage and old rotary telephones, for a clean and simple seasonal feel.

We look forward to sharing this classic Christmas look (of course with our modern twists) with you this holiday season, and thank you again for being loyal to Stripe for over 1 and a half years!
